A programme to effectively reduce sexism in your workplace
Our approach builds on what you already have – reinforcing existing initiatives through in-company workshops, repeat communication, and a collaborative app. All anonymous. All measurable.
ReplyToo workshops operate within a deliberate organisational transformation framework – shifting culture from tacit acceptance to active intervention.

FAQ
Frequent questions
How long does a typical project take?+
Duration varies from 4–5 months up to a full year depending on context, number of employees, and organisational readiness. We’ll scope this together during the initial discovery phase.
Do you work with small organisations too?+
Yes. We adapt our approach to organisation size. For SMEs where everyone knows everyone, we design sessions differently than for large multinationals where anonymity is easier to guarantee. We’ll discuss this in detail before proposing a format.
How do you ensure confidentiality?+
All testimonies are anonymous. We do not collect any personal data and personal information is never shared with third parties. Participants have the right to withdraw at any time. Sessions are managed by trained facilitators with clear ground rules established from the outset.
What does senior leadership commitment involve?+
We need an executive-level sponsor who is willing to attend the launch event, publicly endorse the programme, and allocate appropriate resources. Ideally, KPIs linked to gender culture change are included in senior management performance reviews – this signals to employees that this is a strategic priority, not a compliance exercise.
Can we train our own internal facilitators?+
Yes. For larger organisations that want self-reliance, we offer train-the-trainer sessions to develop internal facilitation capability. This is typically introduced after the initial programme is established.
How does this connect to the ReplyToo app?+
The workshops feed our shared knowledge base – stories and testimonials collected (anonymously) during sessions contribute to the app’s database of real situations and appropriate responses. Employees who participate in workshops gain early access to the app as it develops.
